ExpertiseElliotts area of expertise is tax procedure matters at all levels involving tax administrative controversies and tax litigation matters with federal, state and local governments. He is a Certified Specialist in Tax Law designated by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). BackgroundPrior to entering private practice, Elliott served as an Internal Revenue Agent in the Examination Division of the Internal Revenue Service for five years and as an attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Tax Division in Washington, D.C. and the Office of the United States Attorney, Tax Division in Los Angeles for an aggregate eight years.
